Refund policy

No Returns Policy All of our products are either handmade to order (resin items and mugs) or curated to order (gift bundles). As each item is made or assembled specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. This is in accordance with the exemption for bespoke and made-to-order goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

Blind Date with a Book Our Blind Date with a Bookbundles are curated surprise products — the specific book is intentionally unknown before purchase. We are unable to accept returns on the basis of not liking the book received, as the surprise element is a core and clearly described feature of the product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@northernscribble.co.uk with a photo of the issue. We'll resolve this as quickly as possible with a replacement or refund.
